My wife and I have lived in Kelowna for just over 2o years and can seriously say that our experience with Premium Pool and Spa has been nothing short of fantastic. From our initial visit to the store and experience with Dave in the purchase of our Spa, to delivery and installation scheduling with Glenda, the delivery and installation at our home by Brendan and Ronnie, and as of recent with a warranty issue handled by Anthony. Through each of these experiences, we were treated with respect and honesty, and their follow through was perfect. To have a full team of first class representatives all in one experience like this was hard to believe, but true. We went into this experience and process with little enthusiasm after our last experience with a spa purchase and warranty/maintenance issues. The Premium Pool and Spa Team in Kelowna certainly restored our faith in the local sales and service industry.
